But I must say that the management,
a nice Malaysian lady and a kind gentleman, solved my room issue with super speedy efficiency and competency.
My room 8421 had a ……… problem/s.
These 2 benevolent managers immediately solved it once I brought it to their attention.
I/we were shifted to the proper room 4419.
My sincere gratitude to these 2 managers.
They are a credit to the establishment.
Also would like to add that the cleaning staff are excellent!!!
Overall staff compensated for hotel’s shortfalls.
This hotel, in point of view, is more suited for families with children.

The room was very clean and we love the double queen beds. Our room has a pretty good view of the mountains and hotel garden.
While we were there, there were some maintenance going on so we had to walk through a narrow walkway to access the hotel lobby. Apart from that, we were very happy with our stay overall.

The hotel is located right beside the theme park and a few minutes' walk to the central plaza where you can find food, entertainment and shopping.
Hotel staff are friendly and will help you for early check-in. If not, you can leave your luggage with the hotel and wait for them to text you once the room is ready.
Staying at the Valley Wing and the room come with a balcony. Nice clean and spacious room, with a balcony overlooking the valley, and the view is fantastic.
Nice Staying with SkyWorld Hotel.
Definitely will come back again.
